Let’s not beat around the bush, this is the question that is often asked before I’ve even spoken to a potential client about what their challenge is.
In short, I offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity, and how many days you need me for. As a rule of thumb, one or two days, the rate is more expensive than long contracts, but I assume you’d expect that.
After an initial conversation, I’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs, and may well be able to do it on the initial call, depending on what you need.
My business model is to have you as a long term client, not charge you through the roof and never see or support you again.
As a general rule of thumb, the day rates start at £1,300 per day, with block bookings of 5 days or more, coming in significantly lower.A popular starting point is the Deep Dive Day, which has a fixed rate of £1,100
Other services such as Acquisition targeting is more bespoke and depends on the work required and the outcome preferred, and I remain very flexible as to how this works -

Before we get going we will sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement which I will send, or you can provide.
It is essential that we can talk candidly and openly about all aspects of the business, and that you know this will be treat in strict confidence.
I will never share or discuss anything in our meetings, emails or any other correspondence to any one outside of the meetings, apart from displaying a testimonial from you, should you provide one after working together of course. -
